1. Your Agreement to These Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Daily Money Finance (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) governing your use of the app and any related services. Using the app means you accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of Service

Daily Money Finance is a personal finance tool that helps you track daily spending, account balances, loans, subscriptions, and login credentials. The app also provides loan and payoff calculators, bulk data import, optional payment reminders, and a secure Login Vault. We provide the app on an “as-is” basis and may update, change, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the app. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

4. Your Account & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to share your account, misuse the service, or attempt to access other users’ data.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter; the app relies on the information you provide.

5. Data & Device Access

The app collects only the data needed to provide its features, which includes the account, financial, and optional vault information you enter, basic anonymous usage analytics, and payment metadata when you make a purchase. The app stores your theme and language preferences locally on your device. The app does notaccess Bluetooth, the microphone, the camera, the device’s speech-recognition framework, contacts, photos, location, or local network. 6. Login Vault & Sensitive Data

The Login Vault lets you store usernames and passwords for other websites. Vault passwords are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption, and access to vault entries is audit-logged. You understand that storing credentials in the app is at your own risk, and we are not liable for unauthorized access to your vault entries resulting from a compromised account password or device. Protect your account with a strong, unique password.

7. Not Financial Advice

Daily Money Finance provides budgeting, tracking, and calculation tools for informational purposes only. Projections, balances, and loan calculations are estimates based on the data you enter and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together govern your relationship with the app.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time, including permanent account deletion from the Budget Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, but these Terms remain in effect for provisions that by their nature should survive.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations, projections, or the service will be accurate, reliable, or available at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Money Finance and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of—or inability to use—the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and notify significant changes within the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
